Kizlyar Hunter M (Little Hunter) was created in 2006 by Australian knife designer Julius Conrad.
The idea was formed on the basis of traditional German hunting knives. As a result, the Kizlyar masters have managed to embody the concept in durable high carbon steel.
The Little Hunter is a most versatile utility knife. It was designed primarily for processing small and medium game animals, cooking and various campsite tasks.
Bars – is the Russian name for leopard, a wild animal of the cat family.
The Kizlyar Bars is the knife which has got its name for a rapid and aggressive design.
To lock the blade in the open position the Bars uses a liner-lock. This construction completely eliminates the possibility of unauthorized folding of the blade during operation.
The steel bolsters installed on this model of the Kizlyar Irbis improve the balance of the knife due to the accentuated center of gravity, making it more inertial and more likely to retain the impulse force attached to the knife.
Additionally, the steel bolsters protect handle from the failure during the intensive work.
Irbis is the Russian name for the snow leopard.
