“Fazan” is a traditional light weight utility knife used for almost any task. An excellent meat cutting instrument having a deeply curved blade with long cutting edge great for both carving and cutting. The tip of the blade is slightly heavier, which is great for light chopping work. Although “Fazan” is a light bladed knife, this is just an aspect of design. With its thin, well honed edge it slices like a straight-razor. Overall the blade’s length and shape make it a very versatile knife allowing its owner to perform most hunting and game processing tasks.
The 1/8 in thick z50 steel blade is mirror polished and hollow ground to a very fine edge.
The complete set includes a sheath of strong leather. The both sides of the sheath are decorated with the thematic embossed ornamental pattern.
