In the Special Forces there is a tradition of passing the qualifying exam for the right to wear the dog tag of the detachment – the personal numbered metal plate with the symbol of the unit of special force.

At the top of the tag there is an inscription on a red curly ribbon: “SWAT”.
At the bottom of the tag there is the motto: “DUTY, HONOR, FATHERLAND”.
Red color is a symbol of strength and courage, the color of the beret of Russian and Belarusian special forces soldiers.
