Its blade is crafted in a semi-drop point style. The knife features a deep belly and machined grooves on the spin providing perfect grip and control of the blade. The medium thick blade coated with black oxide has a fully flat ground, which gives a fine cutting edge.
The handle slabs made of resin impregnated Caucasian walnut are firmly riveted to the full tang of Z60 high carbon rust resistant steel.
As with all Kizlyar knives, the Hunter M is accompanied with a top quality sheath. This particular model is housed in a heavy, treated genuine leather sheath.
The knife does not apply to melee weapons.
The hand-made Kizlyar knives are manufactured in Daghestan, a mountaineous contry in the East of the Nortern Caucasus, since 1990. The manufacturer has an excellent reputation for high-quality blades and affordable prices.
In 1995 the Kizlyar received their export license.
