A fabric patch in the form of a black circle with goldish edging.
In the center of the sleeve patch there is a golden double-headed eagle with outstretched wings, holding horizontal silver lightning. On the eagle’s chest there is a red triangular elongated downwards shield with a stem rising to the crown. In the shield there is a horseman spearing a dragon.
The lightning is the historical sign of the Troops, a symbol of the diversity of the communication channels and the ability to provide information and commands on time.
The black color of the patch chevron is a symbol of prudence and constancy.
