The chest pin badge is made of a goldish metal with colored enamels.
It is a relief emblem of the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB): the triangular elongated downward shield with carved top corners and a silvery edging. In the red field of the shield there is a superimposed stylized image of a golden double-headed eagle with raised wings, holding the scepter and orb, topped with a large and two smaller crowns. On the eagle’s chest there is an image of a horseman spearing a dragon.

The fist over the machine gun shortly and clearly shows force and confidence. Further this emblem was borrowed by the majority of the special forces detachments.
