The sleeve insignia of the soldiers of the 336th Guards Marines Brigade of the Baltic Fleet of Russia.
Regalia: the martial name “Bialystokskaya”, the Order of Suvorov (3rd degree), the Order of Alexander Nevsky.

The Brigade’s emblem has been used since 1979, and on July 12, 1997 it was approved as a sleeve patch.
The chest pin badge (decoration) is made of a goldish metal with enamel, in the form of a stylized eight-pointed star on which there is a red Greek cross with expanding straight ends. In the centre of the cross there is a round medallion with an image of a dolphin.
The medallion is framed with a wreath of laurel and oak leaves, interwoven by a ribbon with the colours of the national flag. On the top blade of the cross there is a relief emblem of the Russian Armed Forces. In the lower part of the cross there are two crossed swords with the edges upward.
