Rare metal pin badge “Shock worker of Communist Labour” dates back to the Soviet time. The pin badge is made in the form of a pentagonal golden heraldic shield extended downward.
The pin badge was made in the USSR in the 1980s.
It is currently available as a modern replica. The distinctive features of the rare original pin badge are the manufacturer’s unique mark on the back, a higher quality and more valuable metal used in its production.
The chest pin of the Veteran of the Hostilities in the North Caucasus belongs to the non-state public awards.
It is given to the participants of military conflicts in Chechnya and Dagestan: both military and civilian personnel of the Russian Ministry of Defence’s Armed Forces, including those transferred to reserve and retired, performing (or performed) their call of duty in the region.
On the reverse side of the badge there is a screw for fastening it to clothes.
